Barrel Proof Lounge is hosting a full New Year’s Eve experience in the heart of Downtown Santa Rosa. The night brings together a Mediterranean dinner, a nationally recognized comedian, a high-energy live band, a midnight champagne toast, and a dance party that runs until 1AM.

7:00 PM – Mediterranean Dinner by Falafel Hut

Our friends and Downtown neighbors at Falafel Hut are preparing a Mediterranean dinner to open the evening with warm, generous, flavorful dishes. It’s a festive start to the night before the entertainment begins.

8:00 PM – Stand-Up Comedy with Gina Stahl-Haven

Gina Stahl-Haven is one of the Bay Area’s most acclaimed comedians, and for good reason. She placed 2nd in the San Francisco International Comedy Competition — a competition known for launching the careers of comics like Robin Williams and Ellen DeGeneres, both of whom also finished 2nd before becoming household names.
Gina has also appeared on America’s Got Talent, earning national attention for her sharp writing, grounded delivery, and relatable storytelling. Her set is the perfect bridge between dinner and the high-energy party to come.

10:00 PM – Live Music & Dance Party with The Catt John Band

At 10PM, the room shifts into full celebration mode. The Catt John Band performs with their entire lineup, bringing a powerful mix of danceable hits and party favorites that fill the floor. They’ll carry the night straight through the countdown with a set designed to keep the room moving.
